Arrange the details before arrival
Flowers, music, catering and photography need agreement, including setup time and supplier access. A yacht’s speakers do not include a DJ, and a kitchen does not establish who cooks or serves. Put the essential parts in the first request.
More practical details
If guests arrive from different places, choose one organiser to distribute the confirmed boarding instructions. Portofino, Santa Margherita and Rapallo are separate meeting locations even when they appear in the same charter area.
Keep the commitments connected
Request the named yacht, services, duration and full price in one proposal. Ask how fuel, delivery, transfers and event extras are treated. If the plan includes a restaurant ashore, its booking and the shore connection require separate confirmation.
More practical details
Review payment stages and cancellation conditions before committing. An enquiry does not reserve a yacht, berth or table for the occasion.
Add your arrival and comfort details
A short letter before you go
Tell us where you expect to arrive, then add what would help your company feel comfortable aboard. Those two details give the outing a useful beginning.
