Start the letter with the contact information requested by the form: name, email and telephone. Date, party size and preferences are optional details. Do not attach or write payment-card data, passport copies or other sensitive documents here.
Using the information in your letter
The purpose of collecting your contact and trip information is to answer the enquiry and help with the next steps you ask us to arrange. A prospective charter provider may need relevant parts of the brief to prepare a proposal. Any subsequent booking should identify that provider and set out the applicable terms.
Questions or correction
You can use the contact form to ask what happened to your information or request its correction or deletion. Retention may still be necessary for an existing transaction or a legal requirement. Please do not pass on someone else’s contact details without telling them.
