Portofino · Private yacht charter
Know exactly where your Portofino yacht day begins.
Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure and Rapallo should not appear as interchangeable addresses in your arrival plan. Ask for the confirmed marina and meeting pin, with a contact for the day. Any tender or transfer should be explained before the party sets off.

Remember the return
The final port and time matter when guests have onward trains, cars or dinner plans. Include those constraints early rather than expecting a route to be shortened at the last moment. If someone is late, use the agreed contact promptly.
More practical details
Bring luggage appropriate to the space and protect belongings from spray. A short coastal afternoon and a week aboard call for different preparation, so use the instructions for your specific charter.
Prepare the people as well as the bags
Have one organiser pass the timing and instructions to everyone. Allow time to settle aboard and hear the briefing. Tell the provider about children, dietary needs and anyone who may need help with steps before the yacht is confirmed.
More practical details
Keep sensitive documents out of the general enquiry form. If passenger information is required for the actual booking, the provider should explain the appropriate process. Ask the crew what footwear and clothing suit the yacht and forecast.
Add your arrival and comfort details
A short letter before you go
Tell us where you expect to arrive, then add what would help your company feel comfortable aboard. Those two details give the outing a useful beginning.
